I first learned to drink teas regularly when I was thirteen, since I used to hang out around my grandparents’ house in the afternoon after school. At that time, it was only like a routine. I always thought it’s just old people’s thing. Even after they passed, I’ve made it a habit to drink a cup of tea a day, until I discovered the real truth about this beverage. Eventually, I’ve found out great things about teas. Now, I’d like to share some for you.
