• For Fruits

Think of whole fruits to eat, although juices, sometimes are also essential, but don’t count it as one serving.
• For Vegetables
Vegetables must be eaten more than fruits. The daily required servings have to be 4 or more per day. Generally vegetables provides great amount of nutrients. Greens and leafy vegetables, which include turnip, cabbage, chicory, collards, broccoli, mustard, and kale, are rich in vitamin C, fiber, iron, beta-carotene, and riboflavin. Add also orange and yellow vegetables in your meals. You can have some pumpkin, winter squash, carrots, and sweet potatoes included. A half cup of cooked vegetables and 1 cup of raw vegetables are a suitable diet.
