They say that iodine is present in salt, which is true. Others believe that you must eat more seafoods, especially those shells, to be able to get enough iodine. As a vegetarian, I beg to disagree. I know for a fact that there are lots of vegetables and fruits that are high in iodine content. So, why bother looking for shells or seafoods?
