You’ll Never Have Smelly Feet After Doing One of These.

Some people I know have foot odor. It really annoys me and very gross. For sure, you may agree with me. Luckily, this condition isn’t transferrable. Well, the primary cause is due to sweat and bacteria.

Bacteria are usually the common culprit of foot odor. They like areas that are moist, so sweating in your feet is a chance to have bacteria build-up. Also, if the feet are sweating, it’s not advisable to get them wet. Let it dry first before you wash. Otherwise, it can become a problem later on.

You can choose apple cider vinegar or sugar cane vinegar. But if I were you, I’d prefer apple cider vinegar. Despite its strong acidity, there are anti-bacterial properties of vinegar that fight off bacteria that are present in your feet.

Make sure to mix vinegar with warm water and let your feet soaked for at least 15 minutes. Apply soap before rinsing with cold water. For faster result, do this twice a day.
